Advisory and Board Roles
Let a member of the Ormatta team be a long running advisor to your company. They can be a partner to yourself, or any members of your leadership team to help discuss strategies for growing the business, growing the technical team, or navigating difficult decisions. We can do this during any phase of your company, and are also open to board member roles where there is a mutually great fit.
Growth Stage Consultation
Is there a particular problem you are attempting to solve now? Does it have cross functional areas of operation? If yes, we might be a great fit to work with your leadership team to find a solution that works. We can offer consultative packages on a per-project basis. This is different than a long running advisory or board role which could span multiple phases of a company’s growth.
Hiring and Recruitment
Let us help you build a great team. We’ve done it ourselves and understand how hard it can be to find the right people who fit the company at its current stage and hopefully will grow with the company through all stages. Our services can include candidate interviewing, projects, assessment, and feedback to make sure you are building a great team. A common example of this is you are making your first engineering hire and want to make sure you make the right decision.
